• Workspace & Editorial Content: Article drafts, document text, rich-text editor history, task titles, statuses, categories, deadlines, time tracking logs, comments, and @mention tags.
• Graphic Assets & Uploaded Media: Banner images, illustrations, design drafts, and attachments uploaded to the Designer Asset Studio and stored securely in cloud object storage.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access timestamps, and session tokens to ensure secure login sessions and prevent unauthorized access.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to deliver and optimize the DeskFlow workspace experience:

• To provide real-time collaborative document editing, task assignment, and project planning.
• To dispatch transactional in-app and email notifications (e.g. task assignments, comment mentions, asset review requests) via AWS SES.
