Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Mintyn (“DeskFlow”, “we”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the DeskFlow Content Operations Platform, located at https://deskflow.mintyn.com.

By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth or email, or using any feature of DeskFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DeskFlow.

2. Account Registration & Workspace Access

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or authorized by your employer/organization to create an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Team Collaboration: When inviting team members or sharing workspace assets across projects (e.g. Mintyn, Quays, Docalla, Social), you warrant that all invitees are authorized collaborators.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all editorial text, articles, blog drafts, graphic designs, images, and project data that you or your team create, upload, or process through DeskFlow.

DeskFlow IP: The DeskFlow software, branding, logos, user interface designs, custom TipTap extensions, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of Mintyn and its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DeskFlow to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our platform or APIs.
• Abuse or bypass transactional email notification limits (AWS SES) or AI generation limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of workspace synchronization servers.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for your workspaces. However, DeskFlow is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Mintyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network outages, or unauthorized third-party disruptions.
